Recommended Homeschool Supplies & Resources
I’m often asked for recommendations for homeschool supplies and resources. This page contains affiliate links. If you follow the links on this page, I earn a small commission (at no extra cost to you.) Any product opinions shared here are completely my own. I really appreciate your support of my blog!

- Swingline ProClick Binding Machine – I use this to create planners, journals, and activity books.
- Colorful Tassels – I use them for making bookmarks!
- Plastic Bookmark Covers – perfect for standard 2×6 bookmarks, with a hole punched for ribbon or tassel
- Tempera paint
- White cardstock
- Construction paper
- Smock to protect clothing
- Paint tray palette
- Craft tray
- Laminator – pretty much a homeschool staple 😉
- Hook and Loop Adhesive Dots – these are great for putting together busy books or many other things
- Sticky Magnets – great to add to laminated activities, for use on a magnetic board
- 3-Ring Pencil Pouch – obviously great for pencils, but I also use them to store cards and manipulatives
- Arc paper punch – an alternative to the ProClick, this is what you’ll need if you want to disc bind anything
- Paper Trimmer – I use my paper trimmer all the time! I have the portable version of this one.
- Label Maker – I LOVE this thing and use it all over the house!
- HP Instant Ink – this is how I get ink to print everything. Use my link to try it and we both get a free month!
- Essentials Bullet Journal – this was my first bullet journal, and a much better deal compared to the Leuchturm1917
- Bullet Journal – this is the bullet journal I’m using this year. I just love the color! It is thicker than the Essentials one.
- Loose Binder Rings – these are super handy! Just on example, you can hole punch a stack of index cards, and use a ring to hold them together.
- Heavy Duty 3-Ring Binder – you might find a better deal in an office supply store or at Target.
- Magnetic Slant Board – this is one of my favorite resources. It’s magnetic, has a clip for papers, provides a more ergonomic position for writing, and can be used with dry erase markers!
- Magnetic Dry Erase Markers – these are handy little dry erase markers.
- Write & Wipe Pockets
- Foam Dice – these are handy, especially for kids who are sensitive to the sound of regular dice
