Gluten Free Instant Pot Pasta E Fagioli Soup
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground italian sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 container mirepoix (about 2 cups total diced carrots, onions, celery)
  • 2 24 oz jars any gf pasta sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 3 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 tsp parsley
  • 32 oz broth
  • salt to taste
  • 8 oz gf pasta
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients (except pasta) to instant pot and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  2. While soup is cooking, cook the pasta al dente according to package directions.
  3. When instant pot finishes, quick release (or wait, it's flexible)
  4. Add cooked pasta to bowls when serving
